Where will it not rain on the May long weekend? These are the areas that will be spared from a downpour

The storm Sancho will impact this weekend in Spain, leaving casualties temperatures and rains widespread, without ruling out some storm or snow in mountain areas of the northern peninsula. Unstable weather that will continue next week with the arrival of a train of frontswhich will condition the plans of all those who are going to enjoy the May long weekend, at least during the first days.

And, after this weekend’s storm, a carousel of Atlantic fronts will “water” much of the country until Wednesdayaccording to the forecast the time is. However, the meteorological portal highlights that although rainfall is guaranteed in almost all of Spain, in a few regions citizens will be freed from having to take out their umbrellas.

Specifically, while many areas of Spain will experience rainfall, the areas with the least chance of rainfall will be coast of Murcia, Almería and the coasts of Granada and Málagaalthough it is not ruled out that some drops fall.

Precipitation accompanied by mud is expected in the Balearic Islands.

On the other hand, on Monday the rains will be abundant in Catalonia, the Valencian Community and the Balearic Islands, where storms are not ruled out. During this day, both rainfall and storms could also occur anywhere in the territory, but The further west the peninsula will be, the more isolated they will be.

On Tuesday it is likely that a front associated with another storm will enter Galicia, which will advance east leaving rains in Asturias, Extremadura, Castilla y León and western Andalusia. Late in the afternoon, the rains could reach the central strip of the peninsula.

The front would weaken by Wednesday, the first day of May and a holiday. That day it is expected to reach the Mediterranean, which would have weaker rainfall, while the core of the storm could approach the northwest of the peninsula. Thus, there would be showers in Galicia, Asturias, Castilla y León and Extremadura, without ruling them out in the rest of the northwest quadrant.
