Andorra la VellaOn Tuesday night, the Police arrested a 40-year-old non-resident man who had escaped from the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital, where he had been admitted for a few days after he was found unconscious in the room from a hostel in Andorra la Vella. The man escaped from the hospital dressed in medical staff clothes, which he had stolen, and had arrived by taxi to the border of the Runer River, where he was identified and controlled. He had a judicial arrest warrant from that same evening as the alleged author of a crime against public health. The matter is judicialized.
