Apart from problems with roommates, disagreements with landlords can be some of the problems of renting.
Proof of this was the case of Yazid, a young man who has claimed that his landlord refused to give him his bail money. It is unknown what the terms of the contract were or who breached it, but this user showed that karma had acted in his favor.
“That’s why you always have to return the deposit,” he wrote on his X account, the social network formerly known as Twitter. As could be seen in the image he sharedafter the disagreement with his landlord, now he wanted to ask him for a favor.
“I am writing to you because “I’m desperate looking for the rental contract that we signed back in the day.”, the owner of the apartment began to explain, very concerned. “The Treasury has asked me for it and threatens to fine me 6,000 euros if I don’t present it.”
For this reason, out of fear of having to pay, he has asked him “please” to send it to him if he can: “If you don’t have it, could you sign the attached copy and send it to me by this means? (…) You would really do me a great favor.”
However, as Yazid wanted to make clear, he has no intention of responding to the email. An attitude that many users have applauded. The publication, which already has more than 10,000 likes, has been filled with comments claiming that this is what happens to him for “not respecting him.”
“Oh, look, I’m looking for him, but nothing, I think he stayed next to my deposit. Do you remember where he is?”, or “Yeah Tax authorities What threatens him is that he has never declared the rent. I can tell you that it has never happened to me, in fact I have always told my tenants to declare it and that at least some of what the Treasury takes is received by them”, were some of the most notable messages .
