Kyra Sedgwick Says She And Husband Kevin Bacon “Absolutely” Have Sex On Movie Sets: “If The Trailer’s Rockin’, Don’t Come Knockin’”

Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick have been one of Hollywood’s most beloved couples for more than three decades. Having starred in numerous projects together, it’s no surprise that they’ve fooled around on set from time to time.

Sedgwick stopped by the Bravo Clubhouse for Wednesday night’s (May 1) episode of Watch What Happens Live to promote her new play All of Me. But before they could get into that, the actress got to talk a bit about her spicy sex life with Bacon when a virtual fan asked if they had ever gotten intimate in their trailers while working on a show together.

“Yes! Absolutely. Oh yeah,” Sedgwick confirmed. “If the trailer’s rockin’, don’t come knockin’.”

She added, “It’s a good line, right?”

The Hollywood icons met and fell in love on the set of Lemon Sky in 1987. They tied the knot the following year and now share two children.

“I joke that the secret to a successful marriage is to not take marriage advice from celebrities,” Sedgwick told People in 2020. “I guess if I had to think too much about [our marriage], that would probably not be a good thing. We just got lucky. I honestly believe that’s truth.”

In all seriousness, she shared one piece of advice with the outlet: “That thing people do, ‘If only I had this, if only I had that … ‘ There has to be some piece of wholeness that is within yourself before you can let somebody love you the way that you need to be loved.”

People reported earlier this year that Sedgwick and Bacon will co-star in the upcoming movie Connescence, marking their first film together since the 2004 flicks Cavedweller and The Woodsman. Sedgwick also starred in 2005’s Loverboy, which was Bacon’s feature directorial debut, while Bacon starred in 2022’s Space Oddity, which was Sedgwick’s feature directorial debut.

Luckily, any cast and crew that works with the couple going forward knows to look out for that rockin’ trailer!

Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
