Andorra la VellaThe own language bill foresees three types of infringement: minor, serious and very serious. Minor infractions would go, according to collection RTVA, from a written reprimand to a fine of, at most, 1,200 euros. Serious infringements, up to 6,000 euros and very serious ones, up to 60,000. Sanctions, in addition, also entail the obligation to remove or modify the sign, the product or the text. If the infringements are committed by subsidized entities, one of the possible consequences is the reduction of the aid in the case of serious misconduct or its withdrawal in the case of very serious misconduct.
