  • Styles believes Triple H’s leadership has increased morale in the WWE locker room, leading to contract extensions for top stars.
  • Under Triple H’s creative lead, WWE is thriving with high ticket sales and resonating ratings, highlighting fans’ positive reception.

Ever since taking charge of WWE’s main roster creative, Triple H has been spoken about by fans and those within the company. He has left a positive impression so far, and AJ Styles has been the latest to push that idea.

AJ Styles Thinks That Triple H Cares About The Talent

Morale within WWE appears to be much higher now than it has been in a long time. With several top stars like Drew McIntyre and Finn Balor signing contract extensions, the roster seems to be enjoying the work they’re doing.

Triple H’s role as the creative lead certainly has a big role to play in that. The Game was heavily praised for the work he had done in WWE NXT, and his transition to the main roster has been equally as successful. With ticket sales thriving and ratings doing well, it’s clear fans are resonating with the product he’s putting out.

The Undertaker Critiques Triple H’s Performance As Head Of WWE Creative

The Undertaker has revealed his thoughts on the job Triple H is doing in charge of WWE’s creative.

A big part of that is because the WWE locker room is also happy, and Styles has explained to Shakiel Mahjouri what Triple H is like as a leader, which provides an insight into why things are working so well.

“He’s really smart and he really cares. That’s what we need. We need someone who not only wants to put on a great product but cares about the people that are working for him and doing their best. Sometimes we hit a wall and we’re not sure exactly what they want or what they want us to do. Just having that communication to say, ‘Hey man, this is what I need.’ It flips just like that and you understand it. Sometimes we just need time, maybe more time in NXT.” (H/T

AJ Styles Believes Triple H Is Open To Giving Chances

One of the biggest criticisms of the previous regime in WWE was that wrestlers weren’t given enough time to develop. Vince McMahon was notorious for chopping and changing things at a whim which would lead to pushes and storylines ending or being altered abruptly.

While that sometimes had positive results, it led to a lot of talented wrestlers not being allowed to develop on the main roster despite having all the skills needed to thrive in that scenario. But under Triple H, Styles believes that’s completely different.

“I appreciate the fact that he cares about [us] because I’ve seen so much talent that definitely had a right to be in the WWE, but we didn’t give enough time to develop. I feel like we kind of ruined their lives to some degree because this is the peak of wrestling and we just said, ‘you’re not good enough’. I hate that. That’s not true mind you, but that’s what we’ve said doing what we were doing and I don’t think Triple H is willing to do that without giving someone a chance.”

Styles is currently benefiting from being given a chance by Triple H as he’s currently set to challenge Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed Universal WWE Championship at WWE Backlash.
