Sikoa has made a number of changes, specifically pertaining to membership within The Bloodline. He kicked out his brother, Jimmy Uso. He introduced the fans to Tama Tonga. At Backlash France, fans were reintroduced to Tanga Loa. Loa is the cousin and adoptive brother of Tonga. Both are related to the legendary Haku and took over NJPW. While he has returned under a new name, this is not Tanga Loa’s first time in WWE. After a couple matches on the indies in the late 2000s, Loa was a part of the FCW developmental brand. There, he was known as Donny Marlow before debuting on the main roster under the name Camacho, and was in a tag team with Hunico (who also went on to portray the Sin Cara character). However, this did not last long and Loa was released from WWE in 2014.

After departing WWE, Loa was briefly in TNA in the faction The Rising, which also included current WWE stars Drew McIntyre and LA Knight. He wrestled 18 matches for the promotion during his time there. However, it was when Loa went over to NJPW that his fortunes in the professional wrestling world began to truly turn around for the better.

In NJPW, Loa debuted for the company as a member of the infamous Bullet Club. Introduced by Tama Tonga, who was a founding member of the faction, they established themselves as a tag team known as The Guerrillas of Destiny, or G.O.D. The two were highly successful as a tag team in NJPW. As a collective team, they won seven IWGP Tag Team Championships together. In addition, they also managed to capture the NEVER Openweight Six Man Tag Team Championships and the ROH World Tag Team Championships as well. In 2020, they also won the World Tag League. In addition, they also were a part of the Bullet Club subgroup, The Firing Squad.

Bullet Club is one of the most iconic factions of all time, but it has been subject to a number of weird moments across multiple promotions.
Individually, Loa also embarked on his own endeavors as well. He has competed in the G1 Climax, NJPW’s biggest tournament of the year, as well as the New Japan Cup on a few different occasions. In addition, he has held his own against some of the top professional wrestling talent in the world. He has competed against the likes of Will Ospreay, Kazuchika Okada, KENTA, Shingo Takagi, Zack Sabre Jr., and more. Loa is certainly a top-tier talent and has shown what he is capable of accomplishing in the ring. Tanga Loa Joins The Bloodline At WWE Backlash
The Bloodline has a new member of the group as Tama Tonga’s brother, Tonga Loa has joined the faction.
Now, as a member of the WWE roster, Loa is part of The Bloodline. However, many fans may not be familiar with his background and relationship to the Anoa’i family. His father is the legendary Haku, who himself performed in WWE, WCW, and NJPW. He is also known as the toughest person in the professional wrestling business. While he is not the biological brother of Tama Tonga, the two are adoptive brothers. Haku adopted Tonga in 1991. They are related to The Bloodline as The Rock considers Haku to be an uncle.
At Backlash France, Loa made his official return to WWE when he got involved in a no disqualification tag team match between Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga against Randy Orton and Kevin Owens. It was a truly shocking moment that virtually no one was expecting to see. As The Bloodline story continues to evolve and take on a new life with Reigns and The Rock’s absences, it will be interesting to see where Loa fits into all of it. In addition, it means that one of the world’s greatest tag teams, G.O.D., is now officially together in WWE, which will no doubt add even more layers to the thriving tag team division of WWE under Triple H’s authority.
