Tom Schwartz’s rating for his drunken 2013 kiss with Scheana Shay is in.
“It was, like, so platonic. I’d give it a five,” he told E! News in an interview published Tuesday.
Schwartz, 41, also admitted the Las Vegas smooch “was weird.”
He first let it slip in March that he and Shay, 38, once “made out” while he was still in a relationship with his now-ex-wife, Katie Maloney.
“I was a makeout slut. [I] made out with Scheana like 12 years ago in Vegas,” he told co-star Lala Kent on “Vanderpump Rules.”
Kent, 33, later broke the news to Maloney, 37, who did not know and subsequently confronted both Shay and Schwartz about it.
“What happened was, me and Ariana [Madix] were there with my mom and my sister for her cheer competition in, like, f–king high school, and Schwartz pulls me in the corner and kisses me,” Shay recalled.
The “Good as Gold” singer also denied Schwartz’s assertion that it was “a makeout” and defended herself for not telling Maloney about it when it happened.
“I wanted you guys to work out. I wanted this to be, ‘Schwartz did this in his past, and he f–ked up, but you guys got married, and you had your happily ever after.’ I wanted to be a part of that day,” Shay said.

However, Maloney made sure to tell Shay that she still wished she “would’ve known” before they got married in 2016.
“It’s like, this never came up at all? I would assume Tom, oh yeah, he’s been in talks with, like, a million girls, but I was, like, a broken person. I was a shell. My self-confidence and my self-worth was, like, next to nothing,” Maloney emotionally told Shay.
Maloney also got upset with Schwartz, whom she divorced in October 2022, while confronting him.
The exes have since moved on, with Schwartz confirming he has been seeing a 23-year-old girl, Sophia Skoro, and Maloney still dating around.
Meanwhile, Shay has been married to Brock Davies since 2021, and they share a 2-year-old daughter together, Summer Moon.
