This is the perfect temperature at which you should serve each food, according to science

The success of a dish of food often has to do with with the temperature at which it is served: Excessively hot wine, cold soup or lukewarm beer can ruin the experience.

The newspaper The Sun has published this Sunday a report where it collects the ideal temperatures for different foods in our daily lives, according to science.

Chocolate: Don’t store it in the refrigerator, as it’s best kept at 18°C, according to food scientist Natalie Alibrandi. Keep it in a cool, dry place to avoid oxidation, sugar bloom, and odor absorption, which affect its texture and flavor.
