The Via d’Anyós a l’Aldosa will remain closed from May 21 to 24 for demolition work

Andorra la VellaOn April 19, a landslide occurred on the entrance street to the Bosquet and Cortalet housing estates, which connects to secondary road 335. This road, which goes from Anyós to Aldosa, will have to close to traffic from May 21 to 24 in order to be able to carry out the demolition of a part of the wall adjacent to the area of the landslide. Once demolished, it will be possible to proceed with the reconstruction of the street.

This closure has been timed to coincide with the school holiday week to minimize impact and potential disruption. Residents of the housing estates where the landslide occurred will be able to go home via Anyós.

At the moment, the execution of micropilotages has already been completed and the urbanizations can be accessed by vehicle. Looking ahead next week, from May 13 to 17, the road access will have to be closed from 9.30 to 18.30 to be able to carry out the connection work of these micropiles. During these hours, residents can leave their car in the enabled parking lot at the foot of the road and access it on foot. From 6.30pm until 9.30am the next day they can access the house by car. The street will also need to be closed, during the same hours on May 22, during the demolition works.

It is expected that the whole of the work will be finished at the beginning of July.
