The occupants of the drug boat that rammed the patrol boat Civil Guard in the port of Barbate (Cádiz) on February 9 and caused the death of two agents had the “clear and unequivocal” intention to cause them “serious harm” or “take their lives”, since there is no evidence that they were carrying anything illegal that they had to “defend”.
This is stated in the report of the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard and the Judicial Police of the Command of Cadiz and in which participation in the events of the intervened vessel is ruled out the next day and of the six people in provisional detention as alleged perpetrators.

The wrong drug boat
