Regarding gastronomy, Cornamusa It is inspired by Madrid and is made with products from Madrid. In this new Grupo Azotea restaurant, all the recipes are cooked with kilometer zero ingredients, from the oil or butter in the appetizer to the dessert, including its starters and meats. The Cornamusa menu changes by season in order to offer the freshest product to diners.
