Andorra la VellaThe Spanish technology consultancy Altia has an individual turnover that exceeds 106 million euros and has opted for international growth that, above all, pivots on Andorra. In May 2023, Altia established a limited company in the Principality whose purpose is to “provide consulting, advisory, maintenance, development and research services in the field of information technology”. “The constitution of this new company is explained by the need to have a physical presence in this country to be able to continue promoting and developing the business started in this territory in 2020,” the company points out. Andorra has become a key territory in foreign development along with France and the Netherlands.
When Altia began its activities there were three founding partners: Amadeo Fernández Sánchez, Álvaro Sánchez Silvela and Constantino Fernández Pico. Of the three, only Constantino Fernández is still in the company. Currently, it has more than 3,200 professionals in its workforce and more than 20 locations in seven different countries.
