He Public Service of State Employment (SEPE) has a program aimed at unemployed young people called ‘First Professional Experience in Public Administrations’which offers people between 16 and 30 years old, whose training has been completed and accredited, the possibility of accessing the labor market in public administrations without the need to have prior experience.
Within this framework, a call with the Spanish Railways Foundationin which they look for young talent through five selection processes that remain active.
In all cases, a 12 month internship contractfull-time, and applicants must be registered as job seekers in the State Public Employment Service.
Also, the annual gross salary for these vacant positions ranges between 23,000 and 25,000 euroswhich is equivalent to a maximum salary of 2,000 gross euros per month.

In any of the five positions, the person who is hired “will always have the support, guidance and advice” of a tutor, who will be an employee of the entity, with training and experience in the professional area for which he or she has been hired.
