Rodrigo understands that by examining their content it is possible to obtain information that is “useful to the investigation” and that allows “to clarify all of the illicit actions committed by those investigated.”

For this reason, it is understood that the measure requested by the agents “is considered appropriate and useful in the course of the investigation of the case, since it can obtain, with it, relevant data for the complete clarification of the facts since It is a crime of an economic nature“.

However, it clarifies that the uploading and viewing of the content of these devices must be limited to “communications that may be related to both the people and the companies investigated in the facts.”
