The Constitutional Court endorses Puigdemont’s candidacy for the Catalans

The Second Chamber of the Constitutional Court has rejected Ciudadanos’ appeal against the candidacy of Carles Puigdemont for the Catalan elections of May 12. There is no “violation of a fundamental right that can be protected by protection that justifies the admission to processing, according to sources from the court of guarantees.
