The CEA criticizes the Government’s management for the loss of workers already trained in the country

Andorra la VellaThe Andorran Business Confederation (CEA) regrets that the 75 people excluded from the quota of 390 exceptional permits have not found a solution. The director of the CEA, Iago Andreu, highlights the loss of the opportunity to regularize workers already settled in the country, and criticizes the Government’s management, considering it too rigid. It also underlines the need to make non-EU contracting conditions more flexible. While employers await the summer quota, they warn that it will be used to cover structural needs, exacerbating staff shortages in Europe.
