A GARDENING fan has revealed she’s found the perfect £1 buy to inject some fun into her outdoor space this summer.
Megan Welsh bought her first home in Glasgow last year and has spent months transforming it into a colourful haven.
The 25-year-old said her interiors vibe is all about “fun and colour”.
“There’s not really a colour scheme, it’s kind of multicoloured as you would imagine”, she added.
Her flat has even been compared to Balamory thanks to its colourful and bold decor.
And with summer just around the corner, she’s been thinking about ways to continue her quirky and colourful look into her garden area.
So she was delighted to spot some colourful hanging planters for just £1 each in Primark.
“I’m going to hang these outside”, she said.
“This will bring a bit of fun outside.”
The £1 vases are available in white, gold, silver and black online
And in store, there’s even more colours on offer – with Megan picking up red, lime green, teal, blue and white, and a pink and orange patterned one.
Another green-fingered shopper gushed: “I found these cute hanging plant pots from Primark.”
She opted to use the planters indoors, hanging them along her curtain rail to save surface space.
Primark bosses say: “Any green thumbs out there will love taking a look at this hanging metal plant pot.
“The perfect way to add more greenery into your household, this hanging planter features a curved handle that allows it to hang over balcony rails, ledges and more.
“Plus, we have multiple colours to choose from, so you can pick your favourite!”
Showing them off in store, another employee gushed: “At only £1 our hanging plant pots are the perfect way to display your plants.
“With such a big range of colours to choose from they are super popular.”
Megan admitted she had only popped into Primark for travel bottles to go on holiday, but couldn’t resist a look around the homeware department.
She also picked up two huge bags of new pieces including a duvet set, two cushions, a vase, storage boxes and candles.
She said: “All for under £100. I think in this day and age that’s really good going. Major slay.”
Influencer Megan returned to TV screens earlier this year as reality show The Agency: Unfiltered’s second season aired on BBC Scotland.
The new series once again followed Aquarius Creative, Scotland’s largest influencer agency, its founders Kirsten Cameron and Amy Moore, and their clients.
