Roman Reigns hasn’t been seen on WWE television since losing his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship to Cody Rhodes, but his first project since then has already been hinted at.
Roman Reigns Is Filming A New Project
While the WWE Universe is desperate to see what reaction the Tribal Chief will have to being defeated in the main event of WWE WrestleMania 40, they might have to be patient. That’s because it appears Reigns’ first project is going to be focusing on his acting career.
An image of him on set was shared by Keke Palmer – who Reigns was filming with. Highlighting that The Bloodline leader is busy right now with priorities away from WWE. It’s currently unclear how long Reigns is going to be working on this job, or what the project is at this stage, but it showcases he’s continuing to grow his name outside of the company.
Reigns has been the face of WWE for several years now, helping to take the company to new heights during his historic title run. However, while that has benefited WWE it has also grown Reigns’ personal stock, opening him up to further opportunities. Making a move into acting is something he has the potential to do, and he has already dabbled in that world by appearing in “Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw,” and “Rumble.”
The Bloodline Is Still Following His Orders
While Reigns has yet to show his face in WWE, The Bloodline storyline has continued to rage on. This past Friday saw Solo Sikoa attack Jimmy Uso, seemingly kicking him out of the group. He was teaching Uso that there were consequences to losing, and he was helped by the debuting Tama Tonga, who has now joined the faction.

Sikoa has been acting as the enforcer of the group ever since he debuted on the main roster, but he was shown authoritatively on WWE SmackDown. It has led to speculation that The Bloodline could end up splintering, with two different groups being created, but that remains to be seen.
There is a lot more at play within this storyline for fans to sink their teeth into. Reigns himself did comment on his loss the day after WWE WrestleMania 40, claiming he’d mourned and that it was now day one, making it clear he is working hard behind the scenes for his eventual comeback.
