Andorra la VellaIn the year 2022, two young people ran away from the Residential Intensive Education Center (CREI), but ended up returning. During 2023, four fled, of which one has not yet returned. So far in 2024, another minor also ran away from the center. As collected RTVA, a protocol is being followed to search for the escape of young people at risk and the center, the Judicial Police and Criminal Investigation area are coordinating to find the young man who ran away last March. It should be remembered that he stole a car in Escaldes and was seen driving around the parish until traffic officers saw him and he fled. The educational team is in communication with the family to update the status of the research. In total there are 12 young people admitted to the centre. As for the staff, in 2023 there were 18 professionals and in 2024 a second teacher was added due to the increase in school students.
