Hearn revealed that the offer presented to Taylor was deemed too enticing to decline. “We negotiated the whole fight because it was the right opportunity for Katie Taylor,” Hearn told Boxing Social. “It was the right offer, and I want to thank DAZN for allowing us to have that sensible conversation to say, ‘Look, let’s let her get the win here, and then we’ll be back for a big fight.'”
Acknowledging the significance of seizing lucrative opportunities at this stage of Taylor’s illustrious career, Hearn praised the negotiation efforts of Shaun Palmer, Nakisa Bidarian, MVP, and Brian Peters in securing the deal. “It’s just honesty to say this is a good offer.
