Andorra la VellaThe former consul major and now head of the opposition in the commune of Sant Julià de Lòria, Josep Majoral, has denied that he is the one who is leading the contacts for the creation of a new right-wing party. Majoral believes that at this very early stage of the project, what is needed now is to establish the ideological framework of the party and its objectives, and that after that it will be time to talk about names. When asked whether the Terceriavia brand could be resumed, he reflects that this label has already been burned enough electorally and that it is necessary to consider a new brand.
The ex-consul of Sant Julià acknowledges that following his interview there were calls and proposals from other right-wing groups, and that if the project finally goes ahead, he wants to be part of the foundation of this new electoral brand and be at the decision table. He has insisted, however, that he is in no way the promoter or leader of this current.
