Andorra la VellaThe Minister of Finance, Ramon Lladós, has urged the communes to increase their investments during the current positive economic period. In an interview on the program “Today will be a good day” from Rádio Nacionalhas stated that it is crucial to take advantage of the current bullish economic cycle to improve investments, especially in sectors such as water management and other infrastructure.
Lladós has stressed the importance of reducing debt and prioritizing future investments rather than continuing to rely excessively on construction revenue. He has also announced the possibility of creating a single tax agency within two years, an initiative that he considers mainly a technical matter of unifying the IT platforms of the administrations.
At the next meeting of the commons, the minister will propose to start this project to identify all computer systems related to taxation, with the hope that in less than two years this task can be completed.
