These were some of the objectives with which the workshop on digital banking took place this Friday morning at L’espai de Creand Fundació and which was attended by around thirty people. Marc Comas and Judith López, from Creand’s new channels department, were in charge of presenting the new application launched by the entity and teaching “in a very visual way, all the goodness and new functionalities it has banking ‘on-line’, as stated by Comas, who added that the intention was, above all, to “help them” to be able to use this application. That’s why, after the exhibition, those present were able to download the new ‘app’ and try it out, solving any doubts by taking advantage of the presence of Comas and López.
“Most people already use ‘online’ banking, yes, maybe they are a little more reluctant and a little more afraid to do it from their mobile phone, when really from their mobile phone it is much safer because we allows you to sign the operations biometrically”, assured Comas. And in fact, this is one of the messages on which the two experts have focused, who have remarked that the workshop also wanted to “reassure” users about the changes that Creand’s new online banking application entails, since “it’s really very easy, very intuitive and everything they do in their day-to-day life and that they were doing up until now they can continue to do and in a much easier and simpler way”.
This workshop at L’espai which also wanted to “combat the digital gap that exists between generations” is part of the dissemination that the entity is doing “both through its own channels” and the web or social networks as well as with an advertising campaign, and which “pursues not only to publicize the application but to do pedagogy and really try to teach the safety that new technologies allow”. In fact, we want to emphasize that the new application is very simple, safe and intuitive.
