Paul expressed his disappointment and concern, telling Garcia that he would be “p***d off” if Garcia knowingly took performance-enhancing drugs. Despite Garcia’s protests of innocence on social media, insisting he has never knowingly taken PEDs, Paul pressed him during an Instagram live session on Friday night.

During the live session, Paul questioned Garcia about his request for a B-sample test and how the banned substance could have ended up in his system if he claims innocence. Garcia maintained his innocence, suggesting he was set up, but Paul emphasized the seriousness of the situation, stating, “if you did do it, then that’s really f***ed up bro.”

Ryan Garcia Denies Taking PEDs, Claims He Took Ashwagandha Supplement

Ryan Garcia floats conspiracy theories while denying taking PEDs following failed drug test.

Garcia reiterated his stance on never feeling the need to take PEDs, even going as far as to say he would quit boxing if he ever did. However, the backlash against Garcia has been intense, with UFC legend Conor McGregor delivering a chilling message on social media which he later deleted.

Furthermore, Garcia’s attempt to justify the presence of Ostarine in his system through a supplement was debunked by the supplement’s manufacturer. Despite the controversy, Garcia has been seen enjoying a night out in Las Vegas, seemingly unaffected by the fallout from his failed drug tests.

As Garcia’s future in boxing hangs in the balance, it is unclear whether he will face a suspension or his win will be overturned into a no-contest. The investigation into his failed drug test is ongoing.
