If The Creed Brothers are joining Chad Gable and forming a new heel faction in WWE, Ivy Nile certainly isn’t aware of it. Responding to a post on social media that Gable is set to link up with Brutus and Julis Creed, Nile responded in shock, saying simply, “…What.”
The post came from the popular X.com account Wrestle Ops and one that cited a report from Wrestling Observer. In it, the caption read, “Chad Gable & The Creed Brothers are believed to be joining forces as heels.” Nile doesn’t seem to know anything about the plan but also didn’t exactly shoot down the report. For fans who didn’t watch Raw on Monday, Gable turned heel after losing his match for the Intercontinental Championship to Sami Zayn. Prior to the loss, Gable was interviewed on the show while training in the ring with the Creed Brothers. Julius tweeted after Raw ended that they intend to follow Gable, posting, “Ready. Willing. and …”
Nile, meanwhile, has been teaming with Maxxine Dupri, but hasn’t appeared alongside The Creed Brothers on a regular basis. She seems to be going in her own direction and while Alpha Academy and The Creed Brothers have remained friendly, there could be a division in the works, with both sides forced to choose sides. Does everyone follow Gable? Or, do some stay away from the heel turn Gable is going through?
WWE Tag Team Teases Joining Chad Gable In Heel Turn
Chad Gable turned heel on Monday night, but that might not be where the story ends. He could have support, which would lead to a new heel faction.
Of course, it remains to be seen what WWE has in store for Gable, something that fans are likely to gain more insight on this coming Monday. His turn is undoubtedly going to be a big part of the red brand’s storylines over the next few weeks and who joins him, if anyone, isn’t clear yet.
Brutal Way to Find Out If True
If The Creed Brothers and Nile are going their separate ways, this is an unfortunate way for Nile to find out about it. There is a possibility she’s just playing this all up, hoping to keep some kind of secrecy to what seems to be an obvious link between Gable and the Creeds. Does Nile want to join them if they become a faction? Does WWE see her as a key part of the group? Is this a new version of Diamond Mine in the making or does creative go an entirely new direction?
