The highly anticipated sports drama Challengers is finally coming to theaters this week. Luckily, we have you covered on all the ways you can watch this new flick!
Directed by Luca Guadagnino, Challengers stars Zendaya, Mike Faist and Josh O’Connor. The movie follows Tashi Duncan, a former tennis prodigy whose coaching abilities turned her husband into a world-famous champion. However, tensions run high when he must face off against his former best friend and Tashi’s ex-boyfriend.
So, where can you watch Challengers? Will be it be on Prime Video? What about Netflix?

WHERE TO WATCH CHALLENGERS:
As of now, the only way to watch Challengers is to head out to a movie theater when it premieres on Friday, April 26. You can find a local showing on Fandango. Otherwise, you’ll just have to wait for it to become available to rent or purchase on digital platforms like Vudu, YouTube and Apple, or become available to stream for free on Amazon.
WILL CHALLENGERS BE ON AMAZON PRIME VIDEO?
Since Challengers is being distributed by Amazon MGM Studios, it will eventually make its way to Amazon Prime Video. While there is no set release date just yet, we can make an estimate based on a previous movie released by the company.
Saltburn joined the streaming platform on Dec. 22 — exactly five weeks after it premiered in theaters. If Challengers follows the same trajectory, it could become available to stream on Prime Video as early as May 31, 2024.
WILL CHALLENGERS BE ON HBO MAX?
No, Challengers will not be on Max — previously known as HBO Max — since it’s not a Warner Bros. Discovery movie.
