The already extenista Garbine Muguruza was the special guest on this Friday’s program Public mirror. After reviewing his sporting career with Susanna Griso, The Spanish-Venezuelan starred in an embarrassing moment for several questions from the journalist.
The presenter was direct: “Republican or monarchist?” Garbiñe was not expecting that question and she answered hesitantly. “My God… Monarchist with a low voice”he claimed.
It was not the only issue that put Muguruza in trouble. “Taurine or anti-taurine?” Griso asked. “The truth is that I like culture and history”Garbiñe said.
“Do you know that on behalf of the Ministry of Culture and Sports, which is yours, They have just announced that the Bullfighting awards are canceledthat they are no longer going to be organized by the Spanish Government?”, the presenter informed him about the latest events.
“I understand, it makes me sad, I have never gone to a bullfight because I don’t know if I would be able to, but I like aesthetics and that folklore“said the former tennis player without wanting to go too far into the subject.
Finally, Susanna Griso saw the athlete’s discomfort with these compromising issues and did not want to talk to her about another controversy: “I no longer ask you about Pedro Sánchez. I’ll spare you that question”. “No, no, no, don’t scare me,” Muguruza added.
