Judge Aileen Cannon has adjourned this Tuesday Florida trial date indefinitely (USA) against the former president donald trump (2017-2021), for the criminal case of mishandling of confidential documents found in his possession after leaving the White House.
The judge’s decision makes it very unlikely that the trial in Florida against the former president and virtual Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump will take place before the presidential elections next November.
In her order, the judge has argued that wait for the resolution of previous disputesincluding disagreements over how classified information is used during the trial.
Trump pleaded not guilty
Trump pleaded not guilty in August more than thirty charges that were charged to him in the framework of the case regarding the classified documents found at his residence in Mar-a-Lago, in Florida, after his departure from the White House.
