Andorra la VellaThe strong smell of marijuana coming from an apartment made a neighbor alert the police. Officers asked the resident for permission to enter and conduct a search. In one of the rooms was a greenhouse bought by the man for growing cannabis. It had a price of around 650 euros and consisted of two air extraction boxes with filter, four fans and a high-power LED light. Inside the greenhouse were nine plants between a meter and a meter and a half. A total of two kilos of marijuana were confiscated.
On the man’s phone they found evidence of the transactions he had made with marijuana. He regularly consumed this drug in his apartment together with other people. The sentence required him to serve one year in prison and two suspended sentences. It was changed, but due to the expulsion from Andorra for seven years for the different crimes of production, consumption and sale of toxic drugs.
