Eight apartments and one premises in the municipality of Artsin Barcelona, have gone to public auction for a starting price of one euro each.
According to reports Idealisticthe properties that have been put up for auction come from the bankruptcy of the company Caviar Investments SL, which will remain open on the Escrapalia website Until May 21 at 12:30 p.m.
These are eight homes that are valued between 91,125 and 126,000 euros each. Both the eight floors and the premises are in the same buildingwhich was built in 2007 and is located at Rocafort Street, number 43 in that Barcelona town.
The property consists of four floors, with two floors in each of them, and has an elevator, storage rooms and garages.
Likewise, the eight homes up for auction have a surface between 80 and 112 square meterswhile the premises have 285 square meters built and its appraisal value is 82,000 euros.
He Commercial Court No. 1 of Barcelona approved on March 5, 2024 the special liquidation rules, presented by the bankruptcy administration, which finally designated SURUS as a specialized entity to carry out the electronic auction through its Escrapalia website.
