Sometimes, the conditions or prices of certain apartments posts for sale usually attract the attention of social media users, who often report this fact.
Others simply laugh it off, leading to astonishment and disbelief. This is the case of one of the latest properties that, due to its peculiar characteristics and conditions, have gone viral.
It has been the journalist Laura Cornejo which, on this occasion, has brought to light the apartment for sale. “If someone wants to buy a complete catalog of urban crimes, idealista has one”warns, before giving way to the advertisement in question, published on a well-known real estate portal.
“Apartment for sale”, begins the advertisement, which then details the conditions of this “48 square meter studio” located in Poblado Vega (Cantabria) and which is sold for 28,000 euros.
