Andorra la VellaThe Civil Guard arrested a man last May 3 at 10 p.m. on the Spanish side of customs with Andorra. As collected by Pirineus Digital, he was caught with 4,000 packs of tobacco in the car, after trying to pass through the no-declaration zone.
They proceeded to inspect the interior, and found the presence of large bags containing numerous packs of tobacco. The driver, a 40-year-old man of Armenian nationality, admitted to being the owner of the discovered tobacco.
