The National Police A man has been arrested for allegedly left alone in a flat from Puente de Vallecas to two minors aged three and four who were in their care to go buy a car.
The events took place on April 16, when agents from the Cavalry Unit observed the two minors attempting climb on the railing from the balcony of the home, located on the second floor.
As reported by the Higher Police Headquarters of Madridthey quickly located the portal and entered the house after one of the children opened the door for them.
They then contacted the parents of the minors, who informed them that they had been left taken care of by a family member while they were at their jobs.
Upon returning home, the relative, 41 years old and of Senegalese origin, told the agents that he had left the apartment about two hours ago to go to buy a vehicle. He was arrested and placed at the disposal of the judicial authority as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of breach of the duty of custody.
