Andorra la VellaThe police report that they have arrested a thirty-seven-year-old man with a blood alcohol level of 2.61 in recent days in Pas de la Casa. It was the Traffic officers who initially controlled him for driving against the direction and, when they saw that he was possibly under the influence of alcohol, they notified the Police. The events took place on Friday night.
