Alex Hall accuses Tyler Stanaland of ‘ghosting’ her during romance after his split from Brittany Snow

“Selling the OC” star Alex Hall felt slighted by co-star Tyler Stanaland amid their attempts to build a romantic relationship following his divorce from Brittany Snow.

“You swooned me and you got my walls to come down, and then you f–king disappeared for a month,” the realtor-turned-reality star says in a sneak peek from Season 3 exclusively obtained by Page Six.

Stanaland, 34, then disagrees, “I didn’t disappear. I went out of town.”

The Netflix stars left off Season 2 with a steamy hot tub scene that showed the two were interested in being more than friends with one another.

However, Hall, 35, says in the new clip filmed during an oceanside chat on a beach, “For all intents and purposes, you disappeared. You ghosted me. You went to a different continent.”

“I didn’t ghost you,” Stanaland then insists. “Before that night happened, this trip was planned.”

The broker further claims that he attempted to FaceTime Hall “a couple of times” to show her he was still interested, but she responds by accusing him of playing mind games.

“This push and pull, like, I’m too old to be f–king confused,” the mother of two says, to which Stanaland replied, “I agree.

“I haven’t felt this weird push and pull thing in so long, but the problem is that because I care about you as a human, outside of us having interest in each other that, like, it makes me cautious in how I move forward, and how I proceed.”

In a confessional interview, he explains why he is hesitant to take his fling with Hall to the next level.

“Hall is a mom. She has kids. We work together, so there’s just pressure there and consequences because we are friends first and foremost,” Stanaland says.

“But, clearly there is something there with Hall and I. We just don’t know what it is.”

Despite the back-and-forth in the video, Hall and Stanaland’s romance appears to have never flourished.

She was seen kissing another man last September and claimed her ex-hook-up blocked her on Instagram in November 2023.

Stanaland, for his part, has also been seen making out with another woman and is rumored to have had a longtime girlfriend, per the blind item gossip site Deuxmoi.

However, how the former friends-turned-lovers-turned-foes will likely play out in Season 3 of “Selling the OC,” as the pair’s flirtatious relationship has been a major storyline since the show’s first season.

Several fans called out Hall after Season 1 was released for being very touchy-feely with Stanaland, even though he was married to Snow, 38, at the time.

Hall told Page Six exclusively in September 2022 that she had no regrets and would flirt with her married co-star again. In Season 2, she doubled down, saying she didn’t “give a f–k” about what critics had to say.

Snow then announced her split from Stanaland in September 2022 after two years of marriage.

“After time and consideration, Tyler and I have made the difficult decision to separate,” the “Pitch Perfect” actress wrote via Instagram at the time.

“This decision was made with love and mutual respect for one another. We have realized we need to take some time and make sure we are each living our most fulfilling and authentic lives.”

A source told Page Six exclusively that same day, “Everyone who knows Tyler and Brittany knows she wasn’t comfortable with the show. That’s why he did his best to keep his marriage and the show separate, but it only backfired.”

Earlier this year, Snow addressed the demise of her marriage on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, admitting she watched the show and it was both an “insane” but “funny” situation — looking back.

However, she recognized, “They messed up,” without naming to whom she was referring.

Stanaland denied that he ever cheated on his ex-wife after her bombshell interview, and Hall blasted the “John Tucker Must Die” actress when speaking exclusively to Page Six last month.

“If you’re going to accuse me of something, say it. Say my name and say what I did. But she can’t do that because what she’s alluding to didn’t happen,” she said during a press junket for her Netflix show.

“So I think she was very calculated with her word choice, which unfortunately was a little defamatory towards me.”

Season 3 of “Selling the OC” starts streaming Friday on Netflix.
