There were often family disputes where the younger boy sided with the mother. As a result of the tense moments, both mother and son filed a complaint against the father for domestic violence. Prosecutors filed charges against the father. When the trial came, neither the mother nor the son appeared at the oral hearing to reinforce the accusations. Faced with this situation, the public ministry decided to withdraw the accusation of ill-treatment and the man has been acquitted.
