The action took place at the beginning of April, when agents from the Traffic Subsector of the Badajoz Civil Guard, at an alcohol and drug control point established on the highway TO 5 within the municipal area of ​​Badajoz, they intercepted a driving school vehicle occupied by a teacher in charge of additional controls and four students.
One of the students was taking practical road driving classes, so the Civil Guard identified the driver-teacher of the driver training center, a resident of Badajoz and responsible for driving the vehicle, which was legally subjected to the tests. established in which he threw a positive test result drug test that showed the presence of narcotic or psychotropic substances in his system.
Given the aforementioned events, he was notified on site the file opening administrative for the alleged violation of the provisions of the Law of Road safety (LSV), which has been sent to the Badajoz Provincial Traffic Headquarters, as explained by the Civil Guard in a press release.
This circumstance has been confirmed after the analysis carried out by the Laboratory of the General Directorate of Traffic, so now, this man faces a financial penalty of up to 1,000 euros and the deduction of 6 points from the driving license.
The vehicle was immobilized and removed from the road to a duly authorized place, communicating to the owner company so that had another driver who could take charge of driving the driving school vehicle.
