The Court of Instruction number 41 of Plaza de Castilla has opened preliminary proceedings against Begoña Gómez, wife of the President of the Government, to investigate his relationships with several companies that received aid and contracts from the Executive, as reported this Wednesday by El Confidencial. The investigation aims to clarify whether a crime of influence peddling and corruption has been committed.
