A motorcyclist was killed in a crash near East 51st Avenue and Tower Road in Denver’s Green Valley Ranch neighborhood, according to the Denver Police Department.
Police officials reported the crash on southbound Tower Road at 1:15 p.m. Friday, according to a post on X.
The motorcycle rider was pronounced dead at the scene, and investigators believe the rider was driving south on Tower Road at high speeds before crashing behind a truck.
The crash is still under investigation, Denver police officials said Friday night.
