As reported RTVAthe accused persons include eight members of the RMD companyresponsible for the structure, two architects from the optional management and three managers from the UTE, which supervised the construction. According to the prosecutor’s office, the given structure was not suitable, which caused the collapse during concreting, and also points to a lack of supervision on the part of the optional management and the construction joint venture. The case, pending trial, could have its oral hearing next year.
