The day will be marked by the passage of a cold front associated with Storm Bert that will affect the west of the Peninsula and the Canary Islands with intervals of medium and high clouds in the western half of the peninsula with precipitation in Galicia, Asturias, west of Castilla y León and the Central system.
In the rest of the country, Aemet hopes occasional showers in eastern Catalonia and the surroundings of the Pyrenees. In the case of the Canary archipelago, the front will leave cloudy skies with precipitation accompanied by storms in El Hierro, La Gomera and especially in La Palma.
