Andorra la VellaThe Health Union has harshly criticized the Andorran Health Care Service (SAAS) for, as they claim, curtailing the democratic will of its workers. The union denounces that the SAAS has denounced through the Labor Inspectorate the incorporation and presidency of Mr. Jordi Fabra to the Committee, although no clear legal arguments have been presented to justify this action.
According to the union, this action occurs after a statement issued by Mr. Fabra, apparently, did not like the parapublic. The Health Trade Union considers that this is an “underhanded” maneuver, without showing its face, by the SAAS, and has already brought this fact to the attention of its legal advisor.
