The Government Insurance Compensation Consortium prepares to work in the DANA area

What does the Consortium do?

The Consortium compensates damages caused by natural phenomena or derived from events of political or social impact, provided that insurance has been taken out for the people or property affected.

The minister has also indicated that the Government continues “very closely” the situation of the damage caused by DANAand has shown all the support of the Executive to those affected, while asking to maintain “precaution.”

UME troops in the area

Members of all units of the Military Emergency Unit (UME) are deployed in the province of Valencia and this Wednesday they plan to continue with evacuation efforts, search for missing persons and bailing tasks.
