Andorra la VellaAndorra Recerca + Innovación presented this Thursday the second observatory of the year 2024, and among the multiple data that the survey collects, residents are asked what is the rent or mortgage they currently pay.
The average price of the rent or mortgage of the house among the people surveyed is 959 euros per month. A figure that draws attention because of its dissonance with the prices currently seen on the market, and which is most certainly explained by the freezing of rents, which generates a great inequality between the contracts signed before this and the current ones.
The same question yielded an average of €814 in 2022 and €926 in 2023, which unsurprisingly shows a growing trend.
