The average price per square meter has risen by 55% in three years

In the third quarter of 2024, there was a 21.3% decrease in the number of real estate transactions compared to the third quarter of the previous year. There is a decrease of 21.3% in relation to the accumulated in the last twelve months, as published this Thursday by the Department of Statistics.

With respect to the number of real estate transferred, during the third quarter of 2023, they have decreased by 28.0% compared to the third quarter of 2023. All real estate transferred has experienced a decrease compared to the quarter of the previous year. The only exception is commercial premises and warehouses. In this case, they increase overall by 46.2%. The annual variation of the accumulated over the last twelve months shows a decrease of 24.2%.
