Rauw Alejandro launched this Friday his new album, Our Thing, in which it has collaborations such as those of Bad BunnyFeid, Pharrell Williams and Laura Pausini. Precisely, the meeting with the singer is one of the most popular, since the artist already announced it a year ago in the gala of the Latin Grammy.
And the Puerto Rican was one of the performances of the evening and in it covered the famous Italian song He went away, in an intimate show with him dressed in white and surrounded by hundreds of candles.
This performance was highly applauded by Rauw Alejandro’s followers and even by herself. Laura Pausini reacted in an interview for Cadena Dial.
“He tells me ‘I’m not going to give you the prize, but I’ll make you a surprise’. (…) He starts singing He left and… let me tell you something: I like your version more than mine, it’s beautiful. My version is from 30 years ago, when I listen to it now it feels very slow,” the singer confessed.
In this same intervention they told him that people were asking for collaboration of both singing the song, but Pausini’s response was “I don’t know.”
