As Government sources have explained, by now the Ministry of Justice and the Interior, together with the Department of Penitentiary Institutions, have opened an investigation in order to clarify the facts in the most rigorous way possible. Everything points to the fact that he is a 28-year-old Andorran. Prison officers would have discovered the lifeless cost during the night check.
