The gala of Junior Eurovision left a great taste in the mouth thanks to the brilliant performance of Chloe DelaRosa, who represented Spain at the event with Like Lolaa theme that she defended perfectly, along with her dancers.
After the gala, the little nine-year-old girl from Extremadura attended the press covering Junior Eurovision at the Caja Mágica in Madrid, where the event was held. Chloe came in a creditable sixth position and made it clear that here, the important thing is experience.
Chloe, how are you, how are you feeling?Of category.
How did you experience the moment of the voting? We’ve seen you a little upset…Let’s see, with a lot of emotion. I am very proud of Georgia. It was a super cool performance. All the children had a high level.
You have done very, very well. How did you feel on stage and when you got off?Well, the truth is that I wanted to stay up there longer (laughs). But I had a great time. I gave it my all and I loved it.
Have you felt the energy of the public at the Caja Mágica?I loved it because there were people getting excited, super cute. There were little girls. It blew me away and you could feel the emotion. Come on, you could hear yourself screaming.
How are you going to celebrate this 6th place?Well, I guess now at the hotel we’ll have a hard time with all the kids and give it our all.
Are you going to prepare for Benidorm Fest now?Well, I don’t know yet, but I would like to.
What did you like most about this entire time at Junior Eurovision?Well, I think what I liked most has been the people I’m meeting. I also really like The Magic Box. The first time I got on I was amazed at the colors and also the experience, which I will never forget.
Have you had the opportunity to pick up your cell phone and what have you seen, what messages have they sent you?The problem is that I don’t have internet… but I was talking to my mother and the other children. I haven’t seen any messages, but now they will be celebrating and they will be super happy. Then I will write to Andria tonight.
What would you say to all the children who come after as advice?Enjoy it a lot, it is an experience that you will never forget, because it is incredible, you meet a lot of new people and it is not the position you end up in that matters, but the experience.
What do you think Lola Flores would have thought of your performance?Well, I think she would be very happy, because Lola Flores, as you know, has a lot of art, I think she would be very happy.
How do you think they will receive you at school?Well, that’s great, because my classmates, who are incredible, are wonderful and so is my teacher. All the children at my school are wonderful. I think they will receive me quite well.
