It lasted a month the pandemic will bring out the best in us. It didn’t take long for it to suppurate bilerage and conspiracies around every corner. In the devastated Valenciathe spirit has barely lasted four or five days before the mud has hidden the mud. Nothing can be surprising about the political reaction anymore: not even such a disaster merited a simple call between the two main leaders, a union photo or something similar. Nor is it surprising since the embarrassing chain of incompetence – regardless of their political color – has not caused a single resignation. And in this way, while the volunteers clear the streets of mud so that life can make its way, the politicians pour it into the neighbor’s house.
